To those who participated in PIC 2007, I wish to convey my sincere gratitude and hope you had a great time like I did. The organizing committee had done a great job. In particular, the project group who had coordinated the whole event deserves my greatest praises. Of course, not forgetting everybody who were involved in one way or another to make PIC 2007 a success. A success… I hope to replicate and will improve on any shortcoming so that our guests and participants will enjoy an even better PIC 2008!

PIC 2008 is tentatively scheduled for the 23rd August 2008. As usual all participants and their guests will arrive on the 22nd and leave on the 24th. For other arrival and departure dates please contact the organizing committee for such arrangements.

The Technical Committee has promised an even more exciting race this year. For the Elites, the race will challenge the endurance and mental faculties of the racers to the ultimate. For the Novices, greater enjoyment and fun are guaranteed to make your trip worthwhile.

As the event, PIC 2008 is still tentative at this particular moments, we encourage all intending racers – Elite and Novice categories to pre register on the attached
Pre- Registration Form as we may have to disappoint late registrants due to limited places available. All Pre-registered racers or guests will be automatically confirmed once the Organising Committee has finalised details for PIC 2008. We will advise Pre-registrants at that point in time.
